Nantucket Bloom brings to mind climbing roses against a weathered coastal cottage, with pink blossoms nestled into a time-softened field of navy, cream and red tones. Her elongated cream medallion holds a garden of branching florals in wine, blush, and muted teal, with stylized navy vessels at either end that seem to cradle the blooms. A winding floral border frames the design, giving this vintage piece the charm of a garden in full bloom.
Her low to medium pile has a textured, age-softened feel that complements the beautifully detailed drawing. Equally at home beside a bed, beneath a small seating arrangement, or in a welcoming entry.
