Return Policy
All of our rugs are vintage one-of-a-kind pieces, so we ask that you shop thoughtfully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
That said, we want you to love your rug. If something is not quite right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
Condition & Wear
We specialize in vintage and handmade rugs, which means each piece comes with its own story, quirks, and signs of age.
You can expect natural wear such as:
Fading from decades of sunlight
Uneven edges or fringe
Worn-in spots and beautiful patina
Curves or misshaping - not perfect rectangular shapes
Minor repairs or restitching
Blemishes such as spots, thread thinning, or areas of wear
We believe these characteristics are part of what make vintage rugs so special. Any major flaws will be noted in each individual listing. If you’d like additional photos or close-ups, just let us know!
A Note on Color
We photograph all of our rugs outdoors in soft, indirect natural light to capture their colors as accurately as possible. Even so, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or indoor lighting.
