We’re two ladies with a shared love for soulful rugs and homes with stories to tell.
The Rug Ladies began the way many good things do — with a spark of curiosity, a few too many marketplace tabs open, and the thrill of finding the one. We quickly fell for vintage and handmade rugs: their imperfect beauty, their lasting craftsmanship, and the way they can make a space feel instantly lived-in and loved.
Soon, our weekend hunts became a full-on obsession. Now, we spend our days sourcing timeless pieces that deserve a second life — rugs with faded florals, striking geometry, and just the right amount of wear. The kind of rugs that hold history but still feel right at home in modern spaces.
We’re based in Austin, Texas and ship nationwide. Whether you’re after your first heirloom or just in it for the fringe, we’re so glad you found us.
